摘要 因为煤粉炉自身具有一定的特殊性,因此结焦现象会伴随使用过程始终,长期使用之后结焦现象会愈发明显,发生部分多为水冷壁和喷口位置。当结焦问题出现时,整体煤粉炉会呈现不良运行状态,不仅严重降低了工作效率,而且会带来严重的安全问题,阻碍机械设备的正常运行。就实际工作而言,需要提升职工的重视程度,通过加强检查力度来优化结焦问题处理模式,并不断健全和完善相关的预防机制,形成良好的发展格局。文章通过分析原因分析与整合,为具体的结焦问题提供建议与意见。 Because the pulverized coal furnace itself has certain particularity,the coking phenomenon will always be accompanied by the use process,and the coking phenomenon will become more and more obvious after long-term use,and most of them are water wall and nozzle position.When the coking problem occurs,the whole pulverized coal furnace will show a bad operation state,which not only seriously reduces the working efficiency,but also brings serious safety problems,which hinders the normal operation of mechanical equipment.As far as the actual work is concerned,it is necessary to enhance the attention of the staff and workers,optimize the mode of dealing with coking problems by strengthening the inspection,and constantly improve and perfect the relevant preventive mechanism to form a good development pattern.Through the analysis of cause and integration,the article provides suggestions and opinions for the specific coking problem.
