Combining with the situation of Jiangyin City accelerating the construction of a strong city with intellectual property rights,this paper expounds the present situation,existing problems and thinking of the mechanism for the use and protection of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized enterprises at county level,thus reflecting the development environment situation of intellectual property rights in the booming tide of county economy,and seeks to continuously improve and effectively green through policy guidance and the construction of intellectual property protection system.The ecological environment of county intellectual property rights provides a boost for the innovation and development of county economy.
