青年肺结核患者心理健康状况与社会支持的相关性研究

Correlation between mental health status and social support in young patients with tuberculosis

目的 了解青年肺结核患者心理健康状况及其影响因素,分析心理健康与社会支持的相关性,为制定合理的干预措施提供科学依据。方法 利用方便抽样的方法抽取2017年1月至2018年1月常住中山市24个镇区的结核患者160例作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式收集资料,所用调查表包括社会支持量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行设计的调查表,分析患者社会支持与心理健康的相关性。结果 和全国常模相比,本研究中所有患者的症状自评量表得分均明显升高,为(147.34±46.39)分,经统计学分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利用多元回归分析的方法分析影响患者症状自评量表得分的因素,结果显示,影响因素主要是年收入和文化程度(P<0.05)。对症状自评量表得分和社会支持进行相关性分析后发现,患者对支持的利用度、主观支持、社会支持总分与患者症状自评量表得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 青年肺结核患者心理健康水平较低,且其心理健康状况与社会支持水平关系密切,应尽早实施有针对性的干预措施,改善其心理健康水平,有效促进患者早日康复。

Objective To understand the mental health status of young patients with tuberculosis and its influencing factors, and analyze the correlation between mental health and social support, thus providing scientific basis for the development of reasonable interventions. Methods We selected 160 cases of patients in 24 towns of Zhongshan City from January 2017 to January 2018 as the study subjects by convenient sampling and collected data by questionnaires, including social support rating scale(SSRS), symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and self-designed questionnaires. We used these questionnaires to analyze the correlation between patient social support and mental health. Results Compared with the national norm, the scores of the symptom self-rating scale of all patients in this study were significantly increased, which was(147.34±46.39)points. Statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). We used multiple regression analysis method to analyze the factors affected the patients’ scores of symptom self-rating scale. The result showed that the influencing factors are mainly the annual income and education level( P <0.05). Correlation analysis of symptom self-rating scale score and social support found that total scores of patients' usage of support, subjective support, and social support were negatively correlated with the patient's symptom self-rating scale( P <0.05). Conclusion Currently, young people with pulmonary tuberculosis have low mental health, and their mental health status is related to social support level closely. Therefore, we should implement targeted interventions as soon as possible to improve their mental health and promote patients' recovery effectively as early as possible.
