外科护士胰岛素泵知识掌握与培训需求现状的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the status quo of surgical insulin pump knowledge and training needs among surgical nurses

目的 分析外科护士胰岛素泵知识掌握程度,为制订外科护士胰岛素泵知识培训方案提供依据。方法 选取我院外科系统在职注册护士281名,自行设计问卷,调查外科护士胰岛素泵知识掌握及培训需求情况。结果 外科护士胰岛素泵知识掌握情况总分为(54.88±16.27)分,低于合格分,其中,仅胰岛素泵基础知识平均分达到合格分,胰岛素泵操作规范和胰岛素泵常见问题及处理措施平均分均未超过合格线;外科护士对胰岛素泵操作规范、胰岛素泵常见问题及处理措施的培训需求较高,以工作坊专题活动、手机APP在线学习形式需求最多。结论 外科护士胰岛素泵知识掌握程度较差,应开展不同形式的分层级培训,提高其胰岛素泵知识的掌握程度与护理技能水平。

Objective To analyze the degree of mastery of insulin pump knowledge of surgical nurses, and provide evidence for the development of surgical training program for insulin pumps. Methods We used self-designed questionnaire to investigate the knowledge and training needs of surgical nurses among the selected 281 registered nurses in the surgical system of our hospital. Results The total score of surgical nurses’ mastery of insulin pump knowledge was (54.88±16.27), which was lower than the qualified score. Among them, only the average score of the basic knowledge of insulin pump reached the qualified score. The average score of insulin pump operation specification, conventional problems of insulin pump and treatment measures didn’t exceed the qualified score. Surgical nurses had higher training requirements for insulin pump operation specifications, insulin pump common problems and treatment measures, and most needs were for workshop special activities and mobile APP online learning. Conclusion Surgical nurses have a poor mastery of insulin pump knowledge. We should carry out different levels of stratified training to improve their knowledge of insulin pump and nursing skills.
