品管圈结合临床护理路径对2型糖尿病患者的影响

Effect of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway on patients with type 2 diabetes

目的 探讨品管圈结合临床护理路径对2型糖尿病患者护理质量及生活质量的影响。方法 自2018年2月起,在我院收治的2型糖尿病患者护理中应用品管圈结合临床护理路径,从2017年11月至2018年1月、2018年2—4月收治的2型糖尿病患者中各选70例进行研究,比较两组患者护理质量、空腹血糖正常率及生活质量评分。结果 品管圈结合临床护理路径应用后2型糖尿病患者护理质量、生活质量各项目评分均显著高于应用前(P<0.05),空腹血糖正常率高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈结合临床护理路径在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用,能够提升血糖改善率,有效改善护理质量,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway on nursing quality and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Since February 2018, we applied quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients who were admitted to our hospital. We selected 70 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to January 2018, and 70 cases of such kind of patients from February 2018 to April 2018 to conduct the study. Then we compared the quality of nursing, the normal rate of fasting blood glucose and the quality of life score between the two groups. Results After the application of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway,the quality of nursing and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than those before application( P <0.05). The normal rate of fasting blood glucose was higher than that before application( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle combined with clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the rate of blood sugar improvement. Meanwhile, it also can improve the quality of nursing and the quality of life of patients effectively.
