摘要
目的 探讨多元化健康教育对急性心肌梗死PCI患者的影响。方法 选取本院2015年4月至2017年3月收治的88例急性心肌梗死行PCI术治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行多元化健康教育。比较两组患者自护能力(CSMS量表评分)、健康知识及信念。结果 术后6个月观察组CSMS量表各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康知识及信念评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多元化健康教育有益于改善急性心肌梗死行PCI术治疗患者的自护能力、健康知识及信念,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods To select 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given diversified health education based on routine nursing. The self-care ability(CSMS score), health knowledge and beliefs of the two groups were compared. Results At 6 months after the operation, the each dimension scores and total score of the CSMS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0.05 ). The scores of health knowledge and beliefs in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Diversified health education is beneficial to improve the self-care ability, health knowledge and belief of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI treatment,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
