中医临床护理路径在四肢骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway in patients with limb fracture

目的 探讨中医临床护理路径对四肢骨折患者心理状况、生活质量的应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年1—7月收治的四肢骨折手术患者90例作为研究对象,随机将其等分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理上给予中医临床护理路径管理。比较两组患者的心理状况、生活质量情况。结果 观察组患者心理状况评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在四肢骨折患者中应用中医临床护理路径管理,可明显改善心理状况,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM clinical nursing pathway on psychological status and quality of life of patients with limb fractures. Methods We selected 90 patients with limb fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway management. We compared the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients. Results The score of psychological status in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The each dimension scores of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM clinical nursing pathway management in patients with limb fractures can improve the psychological status significantly and their quality of life.
