综合护理干预在脊柱骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spinal fracture

目的 探讨综合护理干预在脊柱骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年4月我院收治的脊柱骨折患者64例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者椎体高度、Cobb角度、椎管占位率。结果 干预后,观察组椎体高度高于对照组(P<0.05),Cobb角度、椎管占位率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在脊柱骨折患者中应用综合护理干预,有助于改善脊柱功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spinal fracture. Methods To select 64 cases of patients with spinal fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients. Patient in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the treatment of the control group. The vertebral height, Cobb angle, and spinal canal occupancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the vertebral height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The Cobb angle and spinal canal occupancy rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with spinal fractures can help improve spinal function,which was worth popularizing and applying.
