综合日常生活护理联合微信延续护理对骨髓瘤患者的影响

Effect of comprehensive daily life nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing on patients with myeloma

目的 探讨综合日常生活护理联合微信延续护理对骨髓瘤患者的影响。方法 选取我院2016年3月至2018年4月收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者103例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组51例和观察组52例,对照组给予综合日常生活护理,观察组在此基础上增加微信延续护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后的免疫功能指标和并发症发生率。结果 干预前,两组患者CD4+、CD8+、CD3+比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组患者CD8+显著下降,CD3+、CD4+明显升高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合日常生活护理联合微信延续护理有助于稳定骨髓瘤患者的免疫功能,减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive daily life nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing on patients with myeloma. Methods To select 103 patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group with 51 cases and the observation group with 52 cases. The control group was given comprehensive daily life nursing. On this basis, WeChat continuous nursing intervention was provided for the observation group. We compared the immune function indexes and complication rates in the two groups before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in CD4 +,CD8 + and CD3 + between the two groups( P >0.05). After intervention, CD8 + decreased significantly in both groups, while CD3 + and CD4 + increased significantly, and the observation group changed more than the control group.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated daily life nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing can help stabilize the immune function of patients with myeloma and reduce the occurrence of complications,which was worth popularizing and applying.
