全程质量控制联合层级管理模式应用于消毒供应中心的效果

The effect of the whole process of quality control combined with level management mode in the disinfection supply center

目的 探讨全程质量控制联合层级管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用价值。方法 我院消毒供应中心共有工作人员97名,2016年1—6月采用常规模式进行质量控制和管理,2016年7—12月采用全程质量控制联合层级管理模式进行管理,比较两阶段工作人员理论知识和实践技能掌握情况和工作能力变化情况。结果 实施全程质量控制联合层级管理模式后工作人员的理论知识考核成绩和实践技能考核成绩均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施全程质量控制联合层级管理模式后工作人员的服务意识、风险防范意识、安全识别能力得分均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程质量控制联合层级管理模式对消毒供应中心工作人员知识掌握程度的改善、工作能力的增强、工作质量的改进均具有积极的现实意义。

Objective To discuss the application value of the whole process quality management combined with level management mode in the disinfection supply center. Methods There were 97 staff members in the disinfection supply center of our hospital. From January 2016 to June 2016, the regular mode was used for quality control and management. From July 2016 to December 2016, the whole process of quality control combined with level management mode was adopted for management. We compared the theoretical knowledge and practical skills mastery and changes in work capacity of the staff in these two periods. Results After the implementation, the staff's theoretical knowledge assessment scores and practical skills assessment scores were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). After implementation, the staff's service awareness, risk prevention awareness, and safety identification ability scores were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The whole process quality management combined with level management mode has positive and practical significance for improving the knowledge mastery, enhancing the work ability and improving the work quality of the disinfection supply center staff.
