摘要
人工智能在人才管理方面的应用越来越普遍,但组织如何发展人才、实现人才的价值,依旧是人工智能应用探索的关键。人才赋能系统的形成一定程度上为组织人才发展提供了有效智能化工具。本研究在指出人才赋能系统构建是人工智能时代下人才管理与发展的新机遇的基础上,介绍了人才赋能系统的内涵和理论基础,并阐述了人才赋能系统的普遍适用性及其在企业人力资源管理中的应用。
With the wide application of artificial intelligence (AI) on talents management, how to realize their value by developing talents is still the key to exploring the use of AI. To a certain extent, the formation of talent empowerment system provides an effective and intelligent tool for organizing talents development. This paper, by pointing out the construction of talent empowerment system is a new opportunity for talents management and development in the era of AI, introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of the talent empowerment system, and analyzes the universal applicability of talent empowerment system and its use in the human resource management in enterprises.
