二陈合剂质量标准提高

Study on Quality Standard of Erchen Mixture

目的:提高二陈合剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对二陈合剂中的陈皮、甘草进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对二陈合剂中橙皮苷的含量进行定量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,橙皮苷进样量在0.06943~1.389μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为101.10%,RSD为0.73%。结论:此方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为二陈合剂的质量标准。

Objective:To establish and improve the quality standard of Erchen Mixture. Methods:TLC was used to identify Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Radix Glycyrrhizae and HPLC was applied for the determination of hesperidin in Erchen Mixture. Results:The TLC identification was highly specific.The method of content determination was simple and accurate .The good linearity with peak areas was achieved in the range of 0.06943~1.389 μg ( r=0.999 9 )for hesperidin.The average recovery was 101.10% and the RSD was 0.73%. Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Erchen Mixture.
