Review on the Causes and Formation Mechanism of Urban Problems

城市化进程中出现的人口膨胀、交通拥堵、环境恶化、资源紧张等问题被称为“城市病”。“城市病”的快速蔓延严重制约了城市的健康发展,逐渐受到政府和学术界的广泛关注。文章从“城市病”病因和形成机理两个方面对现有研究进行较为系统的梳理与整合,认为“城市病”的形成是城市自身和外部区域共同作用的过程,并对未来研究趋势进行展望。

The problems of population expansion,traffic congestion,environmental degradation,and resource shortages in the process of urbanization are called urban problems.The rapid spread of urban problems has severely restricted the healthy development of cities and has gradually received widespread attention from the government and academia.The paper systematically combs and integrates the existing research from the two aspects of the cause and formation mechanism of urban problems.It believes that the formation of urban problems is a process in which the city itself and the external region work together,and prospects for future research trends.
