摘要
改革开放40年来,工业园区为我国经济持续高速发展作出了突出贡献。在经济迈向高质量发展新阶段,工业园区累积的问题在转型升级中集中凸显出来。建设现代化经济体系实现高质量发展,工业园区必须在加快转型中调整发展思路,依靠思维方式变革、管理体制改革和科技创新推动高质量发展,强化走工业园区产业化、规模化之路,提升工业园区的管理和服务水平。
After 40 years of reform and opening up,industrial parks have made outstanding contributions to China's sustained and rapid economic development.As China's economy enters a new stage of high-quality development,the problems accumulated in industrial parks are highlighted in the transformation and upgrading process.In order to achieve high-quality development in the construction of modern economic system,industrial parks must adjust their development thoughts in the process of accelerating transformation,promote high-quality development by means of thinking mode reform,management system reform,scientific and technological innovation,to strengthen the industrialization and scale of industrial parks,and to improve the management and service level of industrial parks.
