破解国有企业基层党组织“三化”问题探究

Some Reflections on Solving the "Three-ization" Problem of the Party Organizations at the Primary Level of State-owned Enterprises

国有企业基层党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分,其建设的好坏直接关系到企业的改革、发展和稳定,关系到党组织在企业的战斗力和凝聚力。针对新时代国有企业基层党组织不同程度地存在着弱化、虚化、边缘化的“三化”问题,应当以政治建设为统领,推进国有企业基层党建;健全党建工作责任制,确保党建工作落实;强化民主集中制,实现基层党建与企业同向发力。

Grass-roots Party organizations in enterprises are the basis of the Party's overall work and combat effectiveness.The construction of grass-roots party organizations is directly related to the firm class foundation of the party,the ruling position of the party and the stability of the society,as well as the scientific and healthy development of the enterprises themselves.In the light of the problems of weakening,blurring and marginalizing the basic-level Party organizations in enterprises,we should take a clear-cut stand to adhere to the Party's unwavering unified leadership over enterprises.
