摘要
观照存在以促进个体的自我实现是大学的首要责任。然而当前大学师生关系的重大嬗变在很大程度上导致大学师生的存在异化,从而影响了个体的自我实现。生存是存在的本真向度,是此在突破“实存”的限制而走向本真存在和自我实现的超越性活动。因此,对大学师生存在的观照必须以师生关系的积极重构作为重要的切入点。大学师生关系的重构必须以“生存”为指向,遵循“生存”的逻辑,以清明的大学理念作为精神引领;以大学制度的完善作为保障;以大学教师的主体自觉作为主要力量。
It is the primary responsibility of the university to realize the self-realization of the individual.However,the great evolution of the current relationship between teachers and students in the university has led to the alienation of college teachers and students to a large extent,thus affecting the individual's self-realization.Survival is the true degree of existence,which is the breakthrough in the"real"restrictions and to the existence of the true and self-realization of transcendental activities.Therefore,the observation of the existence of college teachers and students must be the active reconstruction of teacher-student relationship as an important entry point.The reconstruction of the relationship between teachers and students must be guided by the"survival",following the logic of"survival",taking the spirit of the university as the spiritual lead;the university system as a guarantee;and the main body of the university teachers as the main force.
