公安综合情报部门积极顺应新一代信息技术的发展,在部门工作上实现一系列的变革。但情报信息对外依存度高、内生动力不足成为近年来制约综合情报工作发展的瓶颈问题。在大数据时代,提升数据挖掘能力,激发内生情报水平,对于公安机关有着重要的现实性和基础性意义。从顶层设计、理论指导、融合需求、数据整合、人才建设等方面阐述综合情报部门内生情报能力的建设,探索大数据、互联网新形势下公安综合情报部门的发展路径。

Actively conforming to the development of the new generation of information technology, the Integrated Police Intelligence Departments have realized a series of changes in its work. However, information, characterized by high import dependence and insufficient endogenous power have become the bottleneck of restricting the development of integrated intelligence work in recent years. In the era of big data, we should enhance the ability of data mining and stimulate the level of endogenous intelligence. It has important realistic and basic significance for public security organs. This paper elaborates the construction of endogenous intelligence capability of integrated intelligence department from top-level design, theoretical guidance, integration needs, data integration and talent construction, exploring the development path of comprehensive public security intelligence department under the new situation of Internet and Big Data era.
