对视频监控图像中隐性信息的分析,主要依据视频监控图像中涉案对象的行为来确定。视频监控图像会反映出犯罪嫌疑人行走、通话、驾车、上网、住宿、取款等动作,将这些关键特征行为与精确的时空信息相结合,然后有针对性地调取网吧上网、银行卡、车辆轨迹、手机通讯、宾馆住宿、出入港航班等信息,再通过运用人脸识别、数据模糊碰撞和公安部云搜等多种平台技术进一步深度分析研判,从而固定证据,锁定犯罪嫌疑人,提高破案效率。

The analysis of the hidden information in the video surveillance image is mainly determined according to the behavior of the crime suspect involved in the video surveillance image. The video surveillance image will reflect the suspect’s walking, talking, driving, surfing the Internet, accommodation, and withdrawals. Combining these key feature behaviors with precise time and space information, we will specifically collect information such as Internet cafes, bank cards, vehicle tracks, mobile phone communications, hotel accommodation, and inbound and outbound flights. Through the use of face recognition, data fuzzy collisions and various platform technologies such as the Ministry of Public Security Cloud Search and further in-depth analysis of the judgment, thereby we can fix the evidence, lock the suspects, and improve the efficiency of the case.
