应用型公安技术人才培养视域下实验教学改革——以中国刑事警察学院微量物证分析实验教学为例

Experimental Teaching Reform from the Perspective of Application-oriented Police Technical Personnel Training——Taking the Trace Evidence Analysis Experiment Teaching in Criminal Investigation Police University of China as an Example

基于新时代公安人才培养的总体要求,深化实验教学改革对于提高学警的实战能力、加快其融入公安一线工作的步伐,以达到培养合格应用型公安技术人才的目标具有积极的实践意义。围绕微量物证分析实验教学过程,对培养目标的确定、实验内容的调整、实验教学方式的改革等方面进行了探讨,将案例、大型分析仪器和标准检验方法融入到教学内容中,构建了正确的培养目标、合理的实验内容、精彩的教学模式相结合的培养方式,并在教学实践中取得了显著的实战能力提升效果。建立适合公安院校法化学专业公安技术人才培养的有效方法,对于提升我国公安机关整体实战能力具有积极的促进意义。

Based on the general requirements of the talent training in public security universities in the new era, deepening the experiment teaching reform will improve the actual combat ability of police officers and speed up their integration into the frontline work of public security. It is of great practical significance to train qualified applied police technical personnel. We investigated the reform of training objective determination, experiment content adjustment and experimental teaching method revolved around the process of the experimental teaching of trace material evidence analysis. The case, the large analytical instruments and standard testing methods melt into the teaching content. It constructs the right training objective, reasonable experiment content, splendid teaching pattern to combine the training way.And it has obtained the remarkable actual combat ability enhancement effect in the teaching practice. It is of positive significance to improve the actual combat capability of the public security organs in China to establish an effective method for police technical personnel training of forensic chemistry in police colleges.
