水稻机筛箱惯性力优化分析

摘要 利用ADAMS软件建立联合收割机水稻机筛箱的动力学模型,计算在典型工况下各个轴承所受的惯性力。针对轴承所受惯性力大且不均衡的问题,采用ADAMS软件中DOE模块进行优化,通过布置平衡质量块,减小且均衡了轴承受力,最大惯性力下降达48%,提高产品质量,增强市场竞争力,为水稻机筛箱的进一步正向设计提供参考。 A dynamics model is established for harvester’s sifter by ADAMS software. Inertia force of bearings is obtained in typical cases. In accordance with that inertia force of the bearings is too large and unbalanced, DOE optimization is used. Through making rational use of balance mass, inertia force of the bearings is decreased and balanced and the maximum inertial force decreased by 48%. It is of great use for improving the quality of products, enhancing the market capacity and making further improvement on the theoretical guidance for forward design.
