新中国70年,是从站起来到富起来走向强起来的历史。新中国能够站起来成为第一次飞跃,是因为我们建立起了人民民主专政制度,实现了国家空前的独立统一和民族团结,建立起以生产资料公有制和按劳分配为主体的经济制度以及独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系,各项社会事业得到很大发展,巩固的国防使祖国领土完整和人民安全有了绝对保障。改革开放以来中国能够富起来成为第二次飞跃,是因为我们坚持社会主义初级阶段基本路线始终不动摇,坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向并不断健全和完善体制机制,坚持经济社会科学发展并不断处理好改革、发展和稳定等各种关系,坚持独立自主外交方针。党的十八大以来中国走向强起来成为第三次飞跃,其显著标志是,我国经济社会的发展、民生的福祉、国防军事力量、国际事务中的作用以及全面从严治党使党的力量都真正强起来了。

Seven decades of New China is a history from rising up to becoming rich and toward becoming strong.The causes enable New China’s first historic leap to rise up include our establishment of the system of people’s democratic dictatorship,the realization of unprecedented national independence and unity,the establishment of an economic system with principle roles of public ownership of the means of production and distribution according to one’s work,the establishment of an independent and relatively complete industrial system and national economic system,significant development of each social courses,and absolute guarantee of territorial integrity and people’s safety with robust national defense.The causes enable New China’s second leap to become rich since the reform and opening-up include our unswerving upholding of the basic line of the primary stage of socialism,upholding the reform direction of socialist market economy with continuous improvement of systems and mechanisms,upholding scientific social and economic developments with continuous coordination among reform,development and stability,and upholding the independent principle in foreign affairs.The significant signs for China’s third leap to become strong after the 18th Party Congress include our country’s social economic development,wellbeing of livelihood,national armed forces,effects in international relations,and authentic strengthening of the Party through full and strict governance over the Party.
