程序化护理干预在改善老年白内障患者负性情绪及提升患者就医体验中的作用

The effect of programmed nursing intervention on the adverse emotion and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with cataract

目的探讨程序化护理干预对老年白内障患者不良情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年3月我院收治白内障老年患者58例随机分为干预组(程序化护理干预,29例)和常规组(常规护理,29例),评定两组患者不良情绪和护理满意度。结果入院时,干预组和常规组焦虑和抑郁情绪评定,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预7d后,相比常规组,干预组焦虑、抑郁情绪显著降低(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度显著高于常规组[93.10%VS65.52%],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在老年白内障患者中应用可显著改善患者不良情绪,提高患者就医满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of programmed nursing intervention on the adverse emotion and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with cataract. Methods Select 58 cases of elderly patients with cataract in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 and randomly divided them into intervention group(programmed nursing intervention, 29 cases) and conventional group(routine nursing, 29 cases), then evaluate adverse mood and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference between intervention group and conventional group in patient anxiety and depression evaluation just after admission(P>0.05). After 7 days intervention anxiety and depression of patients was significantly reduced in the intervention group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group [93.10% VS 65.52%, P<0.05].Conclusion The application of programmed nursing intervention in senile cataract patients can significantly improve patients’ adverse mood and promote patient satisfaction.
