基于护理信息系统的压疮风险评估模块在ICU高危压疮患者中的应用

Application of pressure ulcer assessment module based on nursing information system in patients with high risk pressure sore in ICU

目的探讨基于护理信息系统的压疮风险评估模块在ICU高危压疮患者中的应用。方法2018年1~6月由医院信息部与ICU根据高危压疮患者护理要点建立基于护理信息系统的压疮风险评估模块并应用在ICU患者压疮管理中,比较实施前(2017年6~12月)及实施后(2018年1~6月)ICU患者压疮发生率及护理满意率。结果观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组压疮风险评估时间、压疮反应预警时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),而护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于护理信息系统的压疮风险评估模块能有效规范ICU患者压疮风险管理,缩短压疮反应预警时间,降低患者压疮发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of pressure information assessment module based on nursing information system in patients with high-risk pressure ulcers in ICU.Methods The hospital information department and ICU was established with pressure information assessment module based on the nursing information system based on the patient's clinical skin characteristics and nursing points from January 2018 to June 2018.ICU patients with pressure ulcer incidence and care satisfaction rate before the implementation(June 2017 to December 2017)and after implementation(January 2018 to June 2018)was compared.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer of stage I-II of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The time of pressure ulcer assessment and time of pressure ulcer response of observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05),while the nursing satisfaction scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pressure ulcer risk assessment module based on nursing information system can effectively regulate the risk management of pressure ulcer in ICU patients,shorten the warning time of pressure ulcer response,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve the satisfaction of patients.
