摘要
随着案例教学在公共管理学科专业人才培养中的地位日益重要,围绕案例展开的教学、分析活动成为创新公共管理类专业人才培养模式的新切入点。对目前影响较大的两项全国性公共管理案例大赛的500篇样本案例作品标题进行内容分析后发现,公共管理案例大赛和参赛作品具有“关注与时俱进的现实问题”“强调实地调查的实践过程”“倡导理论运用的分析能力”和“重视严谨规范的格式要求”等特征。鉴于此,研究建议应尽快搭建涵盖国家级、区域级、省级、校级各个级别的专门面向公共管理类专业本科生的大学生公共管理案例大赛体系平台,并以此平台为中介构建公共管理类专业案例嵌入型人才培养模式。
As case teaching is playing an increasingly important role in personnel training of public administration majors,teaching and analysis activities around cases have become a new breakthrough point in personnel training of public administration majors. Based on the content analysis of the titles of 500 sample cases from two national influential public administration case competitions, the research finds that public administration case competitions and the reports are characterized by “focusing on the practical problems of keeping pace with the times”,“emphasizing the practical process of field investigation”,“advocating the analytical ability of theoretical application” and “paying attention to the strict and standardized format requirements”. In view of this, the research suggests that a College Students Public Administration Case Competition System Platform especially for undergraduate students majoring in public administration of national, regional, provincial, and school level should be established as soon as possible and apply this platform as an intermediary to construct a case-embedded personnel training mode for public administration majors.
