基于应对局地气候变化需求的深圳城市气候服务 被引量:2

摘要 在全球变暖和快速城市化进程的双重作用下,深圳的局地气候环境出现了明显改变并产生了若干不利的影响,包括高温日数增多、短历时暴雨强度增强、灰霾日数增加等等。为了应对局地气候环境的改变,助力城市可持续发展,深圳市气象局组织开展了一系列城市气候服务工作,包括为城市总体规划提供气候评估服务、为海绵城市提供技术服务以及大力推进城市自然通风评估工作体系的建立等。这些工作取得了显著的成效,为深圳在快速发展的同时保持可接受的气候环境质量起到了重要作用。 Under the impacts of global warming and rapid urbanization,the local climatic environment in Shenzhen has changed significantly,including the increase of high temperature days,the increase of short-duration precipitation intensity,the increase of the number of haze days and so on.In order to cope with the changes of local climatic environment and promote the sustainable development of the city,Meteorological Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality has organized a series of urban climate services, including providing climate assessment for urban master planning,providing technical services for sponge city construction and promoting the establishment of urban natural ventilation assessment.These efforts have already played an important role in keeping the climatic environment quality acceptable during the rapid development of Shenzhen.
