基于新技术整合的警用无人机在高速公路管理中的技战法研究 被引量:1

摘要 高速公路具有距离长、速度快、路网封闭等特点,一旦发生重大交通事故极易造成长时间长距离拥堵,引发不良社会反响。同时,高速公路交通管理存在人工巡查效率低、事故勘查时间长、道路管理力量薄弱等不足,无人机因其大视野、强机动、功能类型模块化等优点可以很好的解决高速公路管理中的一些问题。本文探讨了无人机与大数据、人工智能及5G通信等新技术融合后在高速公路交通管理中的应用,实现无人机高速公路常态化巡逻,并从施工管理、异常事件监测、伤亡事故勘查及省级检查站中的应用等具体交通场景进行切入,力图在一定程度上破解高速公路管理的难题。 The expressway has the characteristics of long distance, fast speed and closed road network, once a major traffic accident occurs, it is easy to cause long time and long-distance traffic congestion which can easily lead to undesirable social repercussion. Meanwhile, the expressway traffic management has some shortcomings such as low efficiency of human patrol, long time traffic accident investigation and insufficient road management force. The UAV can solve some problems in the expressway management due to its advantages such as broad vision, strong mobility and modular function types. This paper mainly discussed the application of new technologies such as the combination of the UAV with big data, artificial intelligence and 5G communication in expressway traffic management to achieve normalized UAV patrol along expressway. At the same time, the use of the UAV in the construction management, abnormal event monitoring, casualty accident investigation, provincial traffic checkpoints management and other specific traffic scenes were also discussed in an effort to solve the difficult problems in expressway management to a certain extent.
