长效抗胆碱能药治疗成人哮喘的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Long-acting Anticholinergic Drugs on Adult Asthma

目的探析长效抗胆碱能药用于成人哮喘治疗中的临床效果。方法选取该院在2018年3-6月期间收治的50例哮喘患者,随机将患者分为对照组25例和实验组25例,其中对照组采用氨茶碱治疗,实验组选择长效抗胆碱能药噻托溴铵粉雾剂进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、峰值呼气容积(PEF)、生活质量评分、哮鸣音消失时间、临床症状缓解时间、临床治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组各指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组哮鸣音消失时间(58.30±8.11)h、临床症状缓解时间(45.28±1.94)h明显高于实验组(25.36±2.57)h、(24.36±2.27)h,差异有统计学意义(t=12.367、10.058,P<0.05);实验组有效率96.0%显著高于对照组76.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.924,P<0.05)。结论长效抗胆碱能药治疗成人哮喘的临床效果显著,改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of long-acting anticholinergic drugs in the treatment of adult asthma. Methods A total of 50 patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from March to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group(25 cases) and experimental group(25 cases). The control group was treated with aminophylline and the experimental group was selected long-actiong anticholinergic drug tiotropium bromide powder was used for treatment. The forced vital capacity(FVC), 1 s forced expiratory volume(FEV1), peak expiratory volume(PEF), and quality of life score were compared before and after treatment, the wheezing sound disappears time, the clinical symptom relief time, and the clinical treatment efficiency. Results Before treatment, there was no statisti-cally significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of the wheezing sound of the control group(58.30±8.11) h, the time of clinical symptom relief(45.28±1.94) h was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(25.36±2.57) h,(24.36±2.27) h, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.367,10.058, P<0.05);the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%), and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ^2=11.924, P<0.05). Conclusion Long-acting anticholinergic drugs have significant clinical effects in treating adult asthma, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
