牙周基础治疗联合正畸对慢性牙周炎伴前牙病理性移位患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Periodontal Treatment Combined with Orthodontics on Chronic Periodontitis with Pathological Displacement of Anterior Teeth

目的分析慢性牙周炎伴前牙病理性移位联合牙周基础治疗与正畸治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年1月-2018年6月收治的36例慢性牙周炎伴前牙病理性移位患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅行牙周基础治疗,未行正畸治疗,观察组患者在牙周治疗基础上行正畸治疗,对比两组患者牙周基础治疗前、牙周基础治疗后1个月、正畸排齐牙列时、正畸排齐牙列后6个月时的PD(牙周探诊深度)、PLI(菌斑指数)、BI(龈沟出血指数)、GI(牙龈指数)。结果观察组正畸排齐牙列时PD、GI、BI分别为(3.25±0.05)mm、(0.72±0.11)、(0.58±0.05),均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.258 9、7.118 8、10.2582,P<0.05);观察组正畸排齐牙列后6个月时PD、GI、BI分别为(3.12±0.05)mm、(0.42±0.05)、(0.52±0.15),均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.116 8、6.325 8、10.228 5,P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎伴前牙病理性移位联合牙周基础治疗与正畸治疗的临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of chronic periodontitis with pathological displacement of anterior teeth combined with periodontal treatment and orthodontic treatment. Methods Thirty-six patients with chronic periodontitis and anterior teeth pathologically displaced from January 2012 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The con-trol group only underwent periodontal treatment, without orthodontic treatment, the observation group patients in the periodontal treat-ment based on orthodontic treatment, compared between the two groups of patients before periodontal treatment, 1 month after peri-odontal treatment, orthodontic dentition, orthodontic aligning PD(periodontal probing depth), PLI(plaque index), BI(groin bleeding index), and GI(gum index) at 6 months after the end of the column. Results The PD, GI and BI of the orthodontic dentition were(3.25±0.05) mm,(0.72±0.11) and(0.58±0.05), respectively, which were all smaller than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=6.258 9, 7.118 8, 10.258 2, P<0.05);PD, GI, and BI were(3.12±0.05) mm,(0.42±0.05),(0.52±0.15) at 6 months after orthodontic aligning, less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( t=7.116 8, 6.325 8, 10.228 5, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of chronic periodontitis with pathological displacement of anterior teeth combined with peri-odontal treatment and orthodontic treatment is significant.
