癫痫病早期诊断及治疗的临床疗效分析

目的探究癫痫病患者临床治疗中诊断以及治疗措施。方法自该院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的癫痫病患者中随机抽取64例作为研究对象,随机分两组,对照组使用德巴金药物进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上增加利必通进行治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、用药后不良反应以及治疗后生活质量评分情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗有效率(96.88%)高于对对照组(71.88%)(χ^2=7.585,P=0.005);不良反应发生率(6.25%)低于对照组(28.13%)(χ^2=5.379,P=0.020);生活质量改善情况(72.9±3.5)分优于对照组(92.9±6.5)分(t=15.325,P=0.000);均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癫痫病患者的病情发展比较复杂,不同患者的临床表现也有所差别,临床诊断中需要根据患者的基本情况实施相适合的诊断方式,患者治疗中德巴金联合利必通的治疗效果与德巴金相比也有明显的优势,值得进行广泛的推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of clinical treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods A total of 64 patients with epilepsy who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with debagin drugs. The patients in the study group increased the benefit on the basis of the control group. The treatment was compared, and the clinical treatment effect, adverse reactions after medi-cation, and quality of life score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(96.88%) was higher than that in the control group(71.88%)(χ~2=7.585, P=0.005);the incidence of adverse reactions(6.25%) was lower than that in the control group(28.13%)(χ~2=5.379 P=0.020);quality of life improvement(72.9±3.5)points was better than control group(92.9 ±6.5)points(t=15.325, P=0.000);the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The development of patients with epilepsy is complicated, and the clinical manifestations of different patients are also different. In clinical diagnosis, it is necessary to implement a suitable diagnosis according to the basic conditions of patients. The treatment effect of Deba-jin combined with Libitong in patients had obvious advantages than only treated with Debajin, it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
