承台大体积混凝土温度场数值模拟及监控 被引量:7

摘要 文中依托某桥主墩承台大体积混凝土工程,对大体积混凝土进行了温度场数值模拟和现场温度监测结果分析。通过ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用SOLID70热单元,选定与施工温度监测相同的断面进行有限元分析。此外,利用实测温度和冷却水管出入口水温温差,对本工程的大体积混凝土温控技术进行评价。 Based on the mass concrete project of the main pier cap of a bridge, the numerical simulation of temperature field and analysis of field temperature monitoring results of mass concrete were carried out. The temperature field of mass concrete was numerically simulated by SOLID70 thermal element in ANSYS, and the same section as construction temperature monitoring was selected for finite element analysis. In addition, the temperature control technology of mass concrete in this project was evaluated by using the measured temperature and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of cooling water pipe.
