摘要 文中将计算机视觉应用于公路巡查业务中,调研和分析了公路巡查业务的重点需求,划定智能化巡查系统的功能边界;设计由数据采集模块、事件检测模块、数据管理模块组成的基于固定视频的智能化巡查系统,开发并实地测试应用了基于固定视频的智能化巡查系统。测试结果表明,系统提升了公路巡查的时效性,在人工纠错的辅助下,可以替代以往长期"盯屏幕"进行公路巡查的工作方式。 In this research, computer vision is applied to the highway patrol business. The key demand of highway patrol business is investigated and analyzed, and the functional boundary of the intelligent patrol system is defined. An intelligent patrol system based on monitoring system is designed, which is composed of data acquisition module, event detection module and data management module. An intelligent patrol system based on fixed video is developed and tested on the spot. The test results show that the system improves the efficiency of highway patrol business with the help of manual error correction, and can be able to replace the long-term "screen-staring" highway patrol mode.
