摘要 职业认同是指个体对社会赋予所从事职业角色的承认和接受程度。医学生是医务工作者主要的人才储备力量,肩负着健康中国建设的使命。高的职业认同感可以激发医学生的上进心和事业心,有助于他们在未来的医生职业生涯中全身心地投入工作。文章阐述了加强医学生职业认同教育的必要性,分析了医学生职业认同教育的影响因素,提出了应对策略,从而推进医学生职业认同教育向纵深发展。 Professional identity refers to the degree of recognition and acceptance of professional roles entrusted to individuals by society. As the main talent reserve of medical workers, medical students shoulder the mission of building a healthy China. A strong sense of professional identity can stimulate medical students′ self-motivation and professional ambition, and help them devote themselves to their work in the future career of being doctors. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the education of vocational identity for medical students, analyses the influencing factors in this regard, and puts forward corresponding strategies, so as to further the education of vocational identity for medical students.
