My View on Research Capability Formation

作为科研工作者,应努力提升业务素质,增强自己的研究力。要提升研究力,首先是要读书学习,学会围绕本职工作、兴趣爱好等进行重点阅读,科学掌握读书的重点方法。其次是要勤于思考,思考要围绕本职工作和潜在工作进行,以问题为中心,学会排除干扰、坚持自我,在寻找论据、科学判断的基础上形成完整的研究体系。最后要善于写作,写作要树立中心意识,既要展现历史纵深,也要富有国际视野,以严密的逻辑和鲜活的文字感染读者、传播思想。同时,研究力的形成还有赖于学者的进取精神和虚心态度,真正将科研作为一种必要的生活方式。

As a scientific research worker,we need to make efforts to improve the quality of business and enhance the research capabilities.To improve research capability,the first is to study to achieve reading of key contents relating to work and interest,and master scientific reading method.The second is to think more about the work and potential work,learn to ignore interference and form complete research system based on evidence finding and scientific judgment;and the last one is to be good at writing:find out the key purpose and write with both historical accumulation,but also international view,thus to communicate ideas with readers by rigorous logic and attractive characters.At the same time,the formation of research capacity also depends on the spirit of making progress and open-minded attitude of scholars,thus to truly regard scientific research as a necessary way of life.
