《旅游法》实施后贵州省黔西南州旅游业态调适机制研究

A Study on the Adjustment Mechanism of Tourism Industry in Southwest State of Guizhou after the Implementation of the Tourism Law

文章以《旅游法》的实施为时间节点,对其实施前后黔西南州的旅游业态进行了对比分析,发现黔西南州旅游业仍然存在旅游产品供需不平衡、旅游人才缺乏、旅游管理问题突出、旅游产业不合理等问题。基于此,提出构建旅游者消费行为引导机制、人才培养机制、旅游管理监督机制、政府引导供给侧改革机制等调适机制,以期为解决相应问题提供参考。

Based on the comparative analysis of tourismindustry’s type in southwest state of Guizhou province after the implementation of the tourism law,this article finds out that there are some problems in tourism industry of southwest state of Guizhou province,such as unbalanced supply and demand of tourismproducts,lack of tourismtalents,prominent problems in tourismmanagement and unreasonable development of tourism industry.In order to solve the corresponding problems,it puts forward some adjustment mechanisms,such as guiding mechanism of tourists'consumption behavior,training mechanism of talents,supervision mechanism of tourism management,and supply-side reform mechanismguided by the government.
