基于模糊综合评价法的社区居民旅游扶贫满意度研究——以崇礼、张北县为例

Community Residents’ Satisfaction about Tourism Poverty Alleviation Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method——Taking Chongli and Zhangbei Counties as an Example

文章通过对崇礼、张北两县社区居民旅游扶贫满意度调查,运用SPSS22.0进行因子分析,将旅游扶贫满意度的评价因子归为社会效益、经济效益、利益分配、环境破坏、文化破坏五类。运用模糊综合评价法对旅游扶贫满意度的各层次因子进行分析,发现社区居民对旅游扶贫的总体满意度一般。其中,社区居民对社会效益、经济效益、利益分配以及环境效益满意度较为一般,四者在旅游扶贫过程中存在一定的问题;社区居民对文化破坏的满意度较低,但也说明研究区文化破坏程度较小。文章在此基础上提出建议,为两县旅游扶贫提供借鉴。

Based on the investigation of the satisfaction degree of community residents in Chongli and Zhangbei counties,this paper makes a factor analysis by using SPSS22.0.The evaluation factors of satisfaction about tourismpoverty alleviation are classified into five categories:social benefits,economic benefits,benefit distribution,environmental damage and cultural damage.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the various level factors of satisfaction about tourismpoverty alleviation,and it is found that the overall satisfaction of community residents to tourism poverty alleviation is general.Among them,community residents are generally satisfied with social benefits,economic benefits,benefit distribution and environmental benefits,and there are some problems in the process of tourismpoverty alleviation,and the satisfaction of community residents with cultural destruction is low.However,it also shows that the degree of cultural damage in the study area is small.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to offer some ideas for tourismpoverty alleviation in the two counties.
