On the Present Situation of Express Terminal Distribution in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Zunyi University City

高校快递是物流快递市场的重要组成部分之一,末端配送是物流快递的重要环节。这里在调查遵义大学城快递末端配送现状的基础上,分析遵义大学城快递末端配送存在问题,提出了多企业协作共同配送模式,以期为物流企业间协同配送市场开发提供参考,从而使企业资源共享、优势互补,进而降低配送成本。

College express delivery is one of the important parts of logistics express market,and terminal distribution is an important link of logistics express delivery.Based on the investigation of the current situation of express terminal distribution in Zunyi University City,this paper analyzes the existing problems of express terminal distribution in Zunyi University City,and puts forward a multi-enterprise cooperative joint distribution model,in order to provide some ideas for the development of collaborative distribution market among logistics enterprises,making enterprise resources sharing,complementary advantages,and then reducing the cost of distribution.
