“社会工作+”模式下贵州省贫困地区残疾人关爱服务体系的介入研究

On the Intervention of Care Service System for the Disabled in Poverty-stricken Areas of Guizhou under the Mode of "Social Work +"

在许多贫困地区,残疾人作为弱势群体较少受到重视,关于残疾人关爱服务体系的建设也较缓慢。基于贵州省贫困地区残疾人关爱服务体系的服务内容、服务主体、服务形式、服务方法等存在的问题,以“社会工作+”的视角介入残疾人关爱服务体系的构建,针对贫困地区的残疾人特殊情况通过社会工作与其他学科、理论间的结合,提出四个介入策略,为贫困地区残疾人关爱服务体系建设提出新思路和新途径。

In many poor areas,less attention has been paid to the disabled as vulnerable groups,and the construction of the care service systemfor the disabled is also slow.Based on the problems existing in the service content,service subject,service formand servicemethod of the care service systemfor the disabled in the poor areas of Guizhou Province,this paper is involved in the construction of the care service system for the disabled from the perspective of"social work+".In view of the special situation of the disabled in poor areas,through the combination of social work and other disciplines and theories,this paper puts forward four intervention strategies to put forward new ideas and new ways for the construction of care service systemfor the disabled in poor areas.
