医学生心理健康教育课程中体验式教学的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 对随机抽取160名医学生实验组——对照组设计,实验组实施体验式教学,用SCL-90量表进行前测和后测比较,分析实验研究体验式教学在医学生心理健康教育课程中的有效性。研究发现:实验组的SCL-90各因子前测和后测之间差异及其显著(P﹤0.01);实验组和对照组的后测结果分别在强迫症状、抑郁、敌对等三个因子和总均分上(P﹤0.05)有显著差异,实验组得分均较低。这说明体验式教学在提高大学生心理健康水平,改善心理健康素质上效果明显。 Atotal of 160 medical students were randomly selected fromthe experimental group and the control group.The experimental group carried out experiential teaching.The pre-test and post-test were compared with SCL-90 scale to analyze the effectiveness of experiential teaching in the course ofmental health education for medical students.The results showed that there was significant difference between pre-test and post-test of SCL-90 in the experimental group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression and hostility between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the experimental group.This shows that experiential teaching is effective in improving the mental health level of college students and improving the quality of mental health.
