档案数字化是一项系统性工程,高校档案数字化前期准备工作,要从加强重要性认识、加强组织领导统筹规划、学习工作方法调研借鉴工作经验、培养和引进工作人员、配备软硬件和场地、确定范围和数量、制定实施方案、选定外包公司、对纸质档案进行清理造册和移交九个方面进行,以实现高校档案数字化的建构。

Digitization of archives is a systematic project and the preparatory work for the digitization of archives in colleges and universities.It is necessary to strengthen the understanding of importance,strengthen the overall planning of organization and leadership,learn from the investigation and study of working methods,train and introduce staff,equip hardware,software,and venues,determine the scope and quantity,and formulate implementation plans.The selection of outsourcing companies,the clean-up of paper files and the transfer of paper files are carried out in nine aspects,realizing the construction of digitization of archives in colleges and universities.
