论两岸高职教育中传统文化与工匠精神的传承培育

On the Inheritance and Cultivation of Traditional Culture and Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Education Across the Straits

目前中国是世界第二大经济体,工匠精神是助推中国走上经济繁荣、文化昌盛、民族复兴的驱动力。企业亟需各式各样的大国工匠,而工匠精神的培养并非一蹴而就。立足两岸高等职业教育的研究,把工匠精神放置到人才培养目标的使命中,归纳大国工匠的人文内涵,寻找高等职业教育与传统文化传承的途径和载体,借鉴台湾技职院校在传统文化传承方面的实践与探索。

China,nowadays,is the second largest economy in the world and the craftsman spirit is the driving force to push China into economic prosperity,cultural prosperity and national rejuvenation.Enterprises need all kinds of great craftsmen,but the cultivation of craftsmanship cannot be fulfilled overnight.Based on the study of higher vocational education across the Taiwan Straits,this article,placing the craftsman spirit in the mission of the talent cultivation goal,sums up the humanistic connotations of the craftsmen,draw lessons from the practice and exploration on traditional culture inheritance in Taiwan technical and vocational colleges and seeks the paths and carriers of the higher vocational education and heritage of traditional culture.
