摘要
为了研究导爆管在战斗部侵彻靶板时所承受的过载,需要将导爆管安装在战斗部内,连同战斗部一起侵彻靶板。利用侵彻试验的方法能够较为准确地获得导爆管的冲击过载。通过仿真得到缩比后的导爆管与原型尺寸在产生相同的变形程度时受到的过载,获得导爆管在产生相同的变形程度时其承受过载与其尺寸大小的关系。
In order to study the overload of a nonel tube in the warhead penetrating the target,a nonel tube should be installed in the warhead and penetrated into the target with the warhead. The impact overload of the nonel tube can be accurately obtained by means of penetration test. Through the simulation,the overloading of the detonator and the prototype size in the same deformation degree is obtained after the contraction,and the relationship between the overloading and the size of the detonator is obtained when the same deformation degree is produced.
