产业转移与土地利用的耦合作用机理及协调度评价——以环长株潭城市群为例

Coupling Mechanism and Coordination Degree Evaluation Between Industrial Transfer and Land Use——Studying the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration as an Example

通过构建耦合协调度模型,运用空间探索分析法评价环长株潭城市群承接产业转移与土地集约利用之间的耦合协调度及时空演变特征。结果表明:整体上,环长株潭城市群承接产业转移与土地集约利用之间的耦合协调度不高,大多处于濒临失调的状态;时间上,2005-2017年八个城市承接产业转移与区域土地利用之间的耦合协调度均朝着协调的方向呈稳定上升趋势;空间上,表现出“以长沙为中心,东高西低、南高北低”的空间分布特征,但差距不断缩小,且在发挥系统整体功能上还有协调发展和深度合作的巨大潜力。

Studying the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as an example,this paper explores the coupling mechanism and evaluates the degree of coupling coordination and spatio-temporal evolution characteristics between industrial transfer and intensive land use by constructing the model of coupling coordination degree and applying the spatial exploration analysis method.The results show that the degree of coupling coordination between industry transfer and intensive land use of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is not high on the whole,and most of them are on the verge of imbalance.In terms of time,the degree of coupling coordination between industrial transfer and regional land use in eight cities all presented a stable upward trend in the direction of coordination from 2005 to 2017.In terms of space,it shows the spatial difference characteristic of"taking Changsha as the center,high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north",but the gap keeps narrowing,and there is great potential for coordinated development and deep cooperation in giving full play to the overall function of the system.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation and analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on orderly guiding the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration to undertake industrial transfer and promote intensive land use.
