初产妇对助产护理需求程度及影响因素分析

Analysis of the degree of primipara’s demand for midwifery care and its influencing factors

目的探讨初产妇对助产护理需求程度及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院产科收治的初产妇120例为研究对象,应用自拟的“初产妇对助产护理需求调查问卷”进行调查,采用多元回归分析影响初产妇对助产护理需求的相关因素。结果经调查显示,初产妇对助产护理需求前5位依次为母婴监护、待产时体位选择、宫缩时如何减轻疼痛感、母婴接触、育婴技巧指导。经多元回归分析显示,不同家庭人均月收入、学历、参与孕期学校是影响初产妇对助产护理需求的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论不同家庭人均月收入、学历、参与孕期学校是影响初产妇对助产护理需求的主要因素,了解初产妇助产护理需求能更好地实现持续助产护理服务。

Objective To explore the the degree of primipara's demand for midwifery care and its influencing factors. Methods To select 120 cases of primiparas who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 as the study subjects. They were surveyed by self-made "questionnaire of primiparas' needs for midwifery nursing". We analyzed the factors associated with primipara needs for midwifery nursing by multiple regression analysis. Results According to the survey, the top 5 requirements of primipara for midwifery nursing were mother and baby monitoring, choice of position during labor, how to relieve pain during uterine contractions, maternal and infant contacts, and guidance for parenting skills. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the monthly income, education, and participation in education at pregnancy school in different families were the main factors affecting the needs of primipara for midwifery nursing( P <0.05). Conclusion The monthly income, education, and participation in education at pregnancy school in different families were the main factors affecting the needs of primipara for midwifery nursing. Understanding the needs of primipara for midwifery nursing can achieve better continuous midwifery nursing.
