Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on solution focused approach on patients with liver cancer radiofrequency ablation. Methods To select 85 cases of patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, 42 patients were selected in the study group and 43 patients were selected in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was implemented by nursing intervention based on solution focused approach. The crisis status, coping style and pain status of the two groups were compared. Results On the 7th day after surgery, the each dimension scores of crisis in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). On the 7th day after surgery, the coping style in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours and 48 hours after operation, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on resolution focused approach can improve the crisis management ability, coping style and pain control effect of patients with liver cancer radiofrequency ablation effectively. Meanwhile, it also can improve their active participation ability, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
