协同护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇家庭功能、血糖水平和妊娠结局的影响

Effect of collaborative nursing intervention on family function,blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的探讨协同护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇家庭功能和母婴结局的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2017年12月我院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇96例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用协同护理干预,比较两组孕妇家庭功能、血糖水平、妊娠结局。结果分娩前,观察组孕妇家庭功能评定量表(FAD)各维度评分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(GHb)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产、胎膜早破、剖宫产、产后出血、羊水过多的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施协同护理,能明显降低血糖水平,提升孕妇家庭功能,改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on family function as well as maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 96 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group equally according to the random number table method. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the observation group was given cooperative nursing intervention. We compared the family function, blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of pregnant women. Results Before the delivery, the each dimension scores of family function rating scale (FAD), fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (2hPBG), and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb) levels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). The incidence of premature rupture of membranes, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, and polyhydramnios in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of collaborative nursing for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce blood sugar levels significantly. Meanwhile, it can improve maternal function as well as maternal and infant outcomes.
