摘要
目的探讨智护训练护理方案对早产儿视听功能发育的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月接收的早产儿80例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组42例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予智护训练护理。比较两组早产儿护理前以及护理后3个月视力敏感评分、声音反射阈正常率。结果护理后3个月研究组声音反射阈正常率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),视力敏感评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将智护训练护理应用于早产儿中,可提高早产儿视力敏感评分,增加声音反射阈,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of intellectual nursing training program on the development of audio-visual function of premature infants. Methods To select 80 cases of premature infants who were admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group with 42 cases and control group with 38 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given intellectual nursing training. We compared the visual acuity score and the normal rate of sound reflex threshold between the two groups of premature infants before treatment and at 3 months after treat. Results At 3 months after the nursing, the normal rate of sound reflex threshold in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group( P <0.05).The visual acuity score in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying intellectual nursing training to premature infants can improve their visual sensitivity score and increase the acoustic reflex threshold,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
