摘要静脉置管是肿瘤患者不可或缺的治疗管道,但因肿瘤疾病本身、抗肿瘤治疗药物、生活方式以及导管置入等原因,导管相关性血栓成为肿瘤患者静脉置管后常见的并发症之一,并因其发病率高、治疗时间长、起病隐匿的特点为患者和医务人员带来很大困扰。本文将从导管相关性血栓的流行病学、形成机制、诊断、治疗及预防五个方面进行综述。 Venous catheters are indispensable channels in the treatments of cancer patients.However,catheter-related thrombosis(CRT)has become one of the most common complications of intravenous catheterization in cancer patients due to cancer itself,antineoplastic drugs,lifestyle and catheter implantation.Because of its high incidence,long treatment time and hidden onset,CRT has caused great trouble for patients and clinicians.This article reviews the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of catheter-related thrombosis.
