摘要
针对石油开采难度大的高投入井及故障处理成本高的海上油井,借助兵工企业在材料和工艺技术领域的军工优势,进行高强韧石油钻具调制热处理工艺应用研究。通过对高强韧石油钻具力学性能、晶粒度和疲劳寿命等指标的分析,合理选择高强韧石油钻具材料,规定冶炼方法,控制材料非金属夹杂物和化学成分中的硫、磷含量。经过热处理试验,综合力学性能、金相组织、疲劳试验及扫描电镜分析,确定了满足高强韧石油钻具的最佳材料及热处理工艺方法。结果表明,P钢的各项技术指标满足高强韧石油钻具设计要求,在低应力条件下疲劳寿命更高,是4145H钢石油钻具的十倍以上。采用中频感应调质热处理的工艺方法,晶粒度更细小,综合力学性能更优。
Aimed at the high inputted oil exploitation well of extremely difficult and the offshore well of high troubleshooting cost,by using the experienced national defense company had the advantage of well-established material processing and technology development,the study on the development of heat treatment techniques for oiling drilling tools was finished.Through analysis of mechanical property,grain size measurement,and fatigue life of high strength and toughness oil drilling tool,aproper steel material was chosen for drilling tool.The related melting parameters in reducing non-metallic inclusions as well as sulphur and phosphorus concentration were established.The best materials and optimum heat treatment which meet the requirements of high strength and toughness oil drilling tool was determined by doing mechanical property tests,optical metallurgy,fatigue tests,and SEM microstructure analysis.It was shown that the P steel satisfied the technical requirements of high strength and toughness oil drilling tool.It showed ten times higher low stress fatigue life than4145 Hoil drilling steel.With the inter medium frequency heat treatment,the material had finer grain size and better mechanical property.
