摘要
中碳合金结构钢30CrMnSi经热处理后有良好的力学性能,尤其30CrMnSi钢板在产品中应用广泛。某产品中的30CrMnSi薄板零件,由于在热轧退火冲压加工过程中表面保护不好,造成脱碳,经常规热处理淬火后表面硬度值偏低。通过研究中碳合金结构钢零件表面补渗碳工艺,选择合理的工艺参数,对零件表面进行渗碳。经过热处理试验,对零件表面含碳量和表面硬度值进行检测,结果表明,采用比常规渗碳较低温度及碳势补碳,可以补救恢复到原有化学成分,对零件进行热处理淬火后,能够满足零件的硬度要求,总结出了一种工艺技术方法和一套工艺参数,碳势0.85%、温度890℃时补渗碳效果较好,有效解决了薄板零件表面存在脱碳缺陷的问题。
The 30 CrMnSi medium carbon alloy steel showed excellent mechanical property after heat treatment,which was wildly used in industry products.A thin plate products made by 30 CrMnSi,carbon depleted from the surface due to the improper surface protection during hot rolling annealing stamping,this resulted in low surface hardness after the normal quenching treatment of the final plate product.The parameters for proper surface carbonization technique were selected through study carburizing technology,and did carbonization to surface of parts,it was tested that carbon content and surface hardness of surface of parts after heat treatment.The results showed that carbonization at lower temperature and carbon potential can recover the original carbon concentration,and satisfactory components surface hardness was obtained after quenching.The optimized technology and technological parameter were gotten,when at 0.85% carbon potential and 890℃,supplementary carbonization was good,which effectively solved problems of carbon depletion defects of thin plate surface.
