双圆弧齿轮参数化建模及传动分析 被引量:2

摘要 以某型号减速器的双圆弧齿轮传动为例,理论计算出双圆弧齿轮基本齿廓参数,通过UG三维建模软件进行参数化建模,生成双圆弧齿轮实体模型。将齿轮模型进行一定的简化,并导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件中,建立双圆弧齿轮有限元装配模型。对模型进行有限元网格划分及前处理,提出了适应于双圆弧齿轮的网格划分方法,得到了高质量的网格模型;并设置了适合的有限元分析条件。对特定工况下齿轮的接触应力、传动误差及重合度进行了分析,发现双圆弧齿轮只有在凹、凸齿面上的部分区域产生接触,齿顶、齿根部分均不参与啮合,最大应力出现在凹齿面靠近过渡齿面处;齿轮传动过程平稳,传动误差波动幅值仅为10^-5 rad,重合度高达3.5。为双圆弧齿轮传动分析计算提供了指导和方法。 Took the double arc gear transmission of a certain type of reducer for example,the basic tooth profile parameters of the double circular arc gear were theoretically calculated,and the UG 3 Dmodeling software was used for parametric modeling to generate a double arc gear solid model.The gear model was simplified to some extent and was imported into the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish a finite element assembly model of the double arc gear.The finite element meshing and pre-processing of the model were carried out.The meshing method suitable for double arc gears was proposed,and a high-quality mesh model was obtained,and the suitable finite element analysis conditions were set.The contact stress,transmission error and coincidence degree of the gear under specific working conditions were analyzed.It was found that the double arc gear only made contact in partial areas on the concave and convex tooth surfaces,and the tooth crest and tooth root part did not participate in the meshing.The maximum stress appeared on the concave tooth surface near the transition tooth surface,the gear transmission process was stable and the transmission error fluctuated,the amplitude was only10^-5 rad,and the coincidence was as high as 3.5.It provided guidance and methods for the analysis and calculation of double arc gear transmission.
